hmhm... :-/

Is there any reason why Coraid maintains such an old version of its driver in the linux kernel?

Anybody tried lastest aoe driver (77) with kernel 3.0?
If so what was the result?
2.6.32 is the latest kernel on which I have used it and had no problems.
There isn't supposed to be any big difference. It's just another
version, the move to 3.0 was pretty arbitrary and more of a marketing
move on the part of Linus than anything. Are you having any specific
troubles?

the lock subsystem was completely removed from the kernel. So, lock_kernel()
from aoechr.c doesn't work anymore (aoe6-77) with 3.x kernels.

Sincerely,
Serge
