Not true, Pete. Go look at Dell. They have unlimited support for Linux +
their hardware on an annual contract basis. They also have per-hour and
other packages.

That's no surprise. Sun makes it's own hardware, so they support it. Linux
runs on whatever intel box you happen to find. It would be difficult for
any company to support your hardware and Linux in a cost-effective way
unless you also bought your hardware from that company (as in Dell's case).
