I think the point is consistency, not a particular dialect. Up here in Canada, we go both ways. (Dean is writing in "Canadian", not "British", by the way ;-). If we were writing a book (which we are), then we would pick one way and stick with it, regardless of where we intended to publish the book. But this is a minor issue. Joshua.
