Is this joshie version of apache or Microsoft patch that work with apache 2.0.#?

You might have to upgrade to 2.0.47 perhaps. Seems like people have been having random problems with the problem happening all of a sudden. I saw that a programmer found that if he added a pause then everything was fine so perhaps your server load is higher and it's just now getting you to the point of the problem happening?
