Ok. I set my DocumentRoot to /home/alice/www, created a www folder in /
home/alice, and uploaded the APE_JSF folder into the www folder. But
it still didn't work.

When I go to: http://bob.dreamhosters.com:443/, it says "APE Server No
command given.". So I assume the server is running fine?

The error output by the test:

Running test : Contacting APE Server
domain = bob.dreamhosters.com
Running test : Contacting APE Server (adding frequency)
Can't contact APE Server. Please check the folowing url is pointing to
your APE server : http://0.bob.dreamhosters.com:443

# Going to try Louis' suggestion to alter the ServerAlias next. Its
quite annoying that Dreamhost only allows me to reboot my VPS once
every 15 minutes.
