I'll set up a Github page on my repo and see if I can come up with a simple Bootstrap layout in the coming days. I won't do documentation and wiki, I'll leave it to Peter.
As for domain name and GitHub, until we can get our hands on the original domain and GitHub organization from Anthony, we can either work from my repo or we can create a new GitHub organization. A new domain could be also be used with GitHub pages. The only problem in the mean time is referencing. People are still going to end up on https://github.com/APE-Project and http://www.ape-project.org/.
