I created a small bootstrap based template for a future APE website. I only
have the first page so far and it's still ugly on mobile device, but
desktop and tablet size it looks good. You can find the page here:
http://lcharette.github.io/APE_Server/

It's hosted on GitHub and anyone can contribute by forking the branch and
submitting a pull request :
https://github.com/lcharette/APE_Server/tree/gh-pages

Pablo: I realize wherever the pages are hosted, we still need a domain and
up to date APE server for the demos. Can you take care of this for us?
apeserver.org seems like the perfect choice.
