A website doesn't has to be fancy, it only has to work. And with
frameworks like Bootstrap creating a good site structure is trivial.

I am willing to recreate the documentation and moderate the
wiki. But I suck at layouts, so I wont touch that.
In the start of this year I allready revived the documentation
and the wiki as far as I could over see.
I showed it to Anthony, As I find it important, because it is his
'child'. He wanted to make a priority of it, but I guess he is
too busy as well.
Enfin, I guess it is time to take matters in our own hands.
Anything would be better then the current state.
I will mockup something this week and will request your (and
Anthony's) feedback.
The ape1 project is in a stable, but improvable state. But there
are many superficial things that can be improved step by step.
I think it is safe to say that the ape1 project holds a lot of
cool things, but black magic, that nobody, except Anthony
ofcourse, realy understands.
The ape2 project was born as a 'from scratch', as Anthony wanted
to scratch the real ugly bits.
I think that for the time being we should 'ignore' ape2 it until
we have enough knowledge to use a scalpel knife, or that Anthony
has time again.

i have a few server that can make this job
