Completely in favour. It would be nice to have a test suite for both the
engine and language pairs.

The test suite should contain linguistic tests (as we currently do for
many language pairs), and performance/stress tests (as some maintainers
currently do for some language pairs). 

It is probably also worth bringing up the issue of deprecation. How old
should a language pair, or version of lttoolbox or apertium be before it
is considered unsupported ?
