How many entries does it have, are they annotated with part-of-speech ?
Are they one-to-one entries, or many-to-many ?

Good, what tool(s) are you going to use to write the Kyrgyz
morphological analyser/generator ? 

Do you have the pipeline set up, are you able to make basic
translations ? For example 'Hakan okula gitti'.
