May be he did not download Apertium from SVN but he downloaded à graphic
tool using Apertium.

That is a limitation of superficial transfer. Only words near each other
are taken into account. Here, the information is in another sentence. So,
it would be very difficult to take is into account.

Google does no do better, but systran does with a sentence a little more
simple :
My computer crashed yesterday. When will it be repaired? =>
Mon ordinateur brisé hier. Quand sera-t-il réparé ?

My car crashed yesterday. When will it be repaired? =>
Ma voiture écrasée hier. Quand sera-t-elle réparée ?
