I am student aiming for gsoc this year. I had this idea that I wanted to
run it through the community.
Most of the apps in android do not have localization. Why not make it easy
to the developers to localize their apps, by providing an eclipse plugin
which generates resource folders for various languages using apertium.
Any inputs are welcomed.
