Yes.

The usual expectation a user would have when seeing a contact address
for a piece of software is that this is somehow a means of getting
support. Putting the PMC's address breaks this expectation. Give an
address where some kind of support can be reached. If there is no such
address, use apertium-stuff as a general purpose contact address.

The Project Management Committee exists for a specific purpose,
expressed in the name: it's a committee for managing the project. It's
not a support address for $RANDOM_SOFTWARE_WITH_APERTIUM_IN_THE_NAME.

For the record, I'm on the PMC and have never heard of the software
you mention. I'll bet you a beer I'm not the only one.

I'll acknowledge that I'm being a little gruff, but... shouldn't this
be obvious?
