Hi, there are two usages that I'm aware of:

1. MateCat, a website where translators provide work for clients, has
a ready-to-use Apertium plug-in:

2. Wikimedia's Content Translation tool
(https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Content_translation) uses Apertium as
well: 
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Content_translation/Machine_Translation/Apertium
