That isn't what I am asking. ARIN, RIPE and APNIC all have demonstrated need at present.
RIPE and ARIN are having discussions about removing or lowering the bar. I think if that happens, it would turn into a free-for-all with cashed up companies buying up as much as they can and stockpiling, driving up prices even further. I'd hate to see that happen in the APNIC region.
