There are three solutions:
-Someone of the existents group of translation of KDE who will tranlate 
requests in our behalf.
-Babelfish.
-Learn any known language.

I think that the first two are the more in our possibilities ;-).
IMHO, babelfish (or similar) have to be used in every situation but else we 
have to be helped by translators.

To do this we can setup a mailing list like: [EMAIL PROTECTED] where 
developers can post the text of a bug not understood/translated by 
babelfish/someting else, and translators will reply with the english version
Sounds simple....
