I've purchased and installed todo on iphone 3G (2.0.2). When I tap the
button I go to blank screen for a couple of seconds and then bounce
back to the home screen.
I have tried the troubleshooting steps 3 times:
Please try the following to fix the problem (try to launch Todo after
each of these steps):
* Reboot/restart your iPhone (directions can be found on Apple's
website here).
* Re-download Todo from the App Store. The preferred/more stable
way to do this is to use iTunes, search for Todo in the App Store and
re-download it. If you've already purchased Todo, you will not be
charged for it again (as long as you use the same iTunes account).
Once you've downloaded the applciation, synchronize your iPhone with
iTunes again.
* As a LAST RESORT, delete Todo from your iPhone and re-download
it. Detailed instructions on how to do this can be found on Apple's
website here.
o WARNING: Deleting Todo from your iPhone/iPod touch will
also delete the data (your tasks) from your device. This is one reason
why it's extremely important to synchronize with Toodledo or Remember
the Milk. After you've re-installed Todo, you can easily restore your
tasks back to your device by connecting back up with Toodledo or
Remember the Milk and synchronizing.
Still not working. I have not installed any other apps yet. Any other
suggestions? Is there a way to get my money back?
