Dana, Thanks for contacting us. I know it appears that Todo is starting to launch and is then failing but let me explain what's happening (for your benefit and others). When the iPhone launches an application, the application can provide a default graphic that the iPhone operating system will display as it loads the application. That is the blank screen you are seeing.
During that launch process, the iPhone is checking the rights assigned your iPhone to make sure you purchased the application and should be able to run it. For some reason, there are still some issues with that process and the iPhone is deciding you don't have access and is returning you back to the main iPhone screen. You mentioned you haven't installed any other applications, I'm sorry you've run into this on ours. The problem is not limited to our app and seems to happen randomly to any application. The good news is once the app does get installed correctly on the App Store, this problem doesn't seem to re-appear (at least nobody has reported it back to us this way). If none of the steps we've outlined below work, I'm afraid the only place we can send you it back to Apple. They can verify that that the purchase is correctly assigned to your iTunes account and make sure your iPhone allows the app to run. One last note, make sure you are logged into the same iTunes account you used to purchase the application. We've seen problems when people switch iTunes accounts as well.
