I have this same problem - the account says they don't match-up though
I'm able to authenticate combination on the website.  I'm brand new to
this, but I'd thought it was because I wasn't connected to a Wi-Fi
yet.  I've got Comcast coming in this week to add Wi-Fi to my desktop
- I guess you can do this now days.  Is this most likely the reason
for the problem?  It doesn't seem to sync with just the USB cord.
