Thanks for writing in. Is this an issue you are seeing only in Todo or in general on your iPhone? Do any other applications behave like this where they are sluggish when you launch them but then perform better after a while?
Can you try turning your phone off and then back on and see if you still see the issue? I'm not sure what would be causing it but I've seen a number of games that require this to be done to clean out the memory before launching them. I wonder if there is a similar problem and Todo is struggling to obtain free memory until the iphone can clear it up. Once that happens performance is restored. Another question, did you see this happen before the iPhone 2.1 update?
