It's mainly with ToDo because I try to do things as soon as I launch it, but in general (and with ToDo) things have been more sluggish on launch since 2.1 - once launched everything runs smoothly across all apps. I turn off my iPod every night, so it's not an issue with free memory.
It's a great app, I just wish it was smoother on launch.
