Thanks for contacting us. The "shared" lists and Notebooks between the applications is due to the implementation of folders on the Toodledo site. There are two approaches you can take to resolve the issue of the shared folders.
1. Both Todo and Notebook have the ability to filter out lists and Notebooks that you do not want to view in the product. On Toodledo you would have the combined list of folders between the two products but each product could filter out the lists and Notebooks that are not shared between the two. 2. Create two accounts on Toodledo and sync Todo to one account and Notebook to the other. You might also send a request over to the Toodledo folks expressing your concerns about the shared folders.
