Thanks for your suggestions - I will probably use #2 as is would keep each program the cleanest. I will also notify Toodledo - originally I didn't because I seem to remember reading on this group somewhere that we only needed to notify you and if it was their problem, you would ask them to fix it. No problem however, I will let them know. A push from your side also wouldn't hurt. Thank you, Tom
