We're in the process of updating our website to better document the products. We'll be sure to include a detailed section that explains how Toodledo.com shares the Folders between their Tasks and Notes.
I've seen a couple of requests on the Toodledo site of users requesting separate folders between tasks an notes. It might be helpful to share you thoughts/experience with the current behavior.
