I would request you make implementing this feature a priority, along with a 'per project' selection of ordering method. It is an essential feature of project management to be able to order tasks manually. I know todo is not a project management app, but being able to order tasks manually would make it a more than enough basic project management app. "Things" has implemented this very nicely, although they're lacking on other features including intuitiveness, so I stick with todo and pray you implement this feature. I ask for nothing more.
