It seems like what people are asking for is a default sort order, but
maybe make a Settings "switch" for allowing for manual overrides of
the sort order using the list order rearrange function in the iPhone
SDK.

The reason I mention it as a switch is that in most cases, I want my
list to stay in default sort order. I suppose there may be some use
case for me rearranging it, but I'd rather depend on the list being
right from the start than to have to think about where to put each
task on a list. But I can see that if you have 10 items to do today
and each is of the same priority and task type, you may want to do
them in a specific order. If that were the case, maybe you'd prefix
each Todo with a number.
