When you are creating the new tags "A-1" and "A-0" are you using the zero for "A-0" or the capitalized letter O? If you use the letter, it will sort below the "A-1" tag. Also, which list are you seeing them out of order? It looks like they sort fine when assigning and when filter the tags. As far as switching to RTM, we have an updating coming out that will allow you to switch services without having to remove all of the data from Todo. When that update is out, you'll be able to switch over to use RTM and push all of your tasks, lists, and tags up to RTM. Keep in mind, RTM does require you to have a Pro Account in order to sync Todo.
