So, I think the problem USED to be that I had "Keep Completed Tasks" set to shorter than I was actually synchronizing... but now I have "keep completed" set to a year, and synch every month.
But today, I synched, and luckily I'm not seeing duplicated entries like I used to, but the # of "undone" tasks jumped by about 50%... these are things I KNOW I marked as done, and now their undone. What the hell. What information should I send to you about this? It's super frustrating. ALSO -- if I want to just switch services, why do I have to erase all my data to "prepare my device"? I don't really need online access to my lists, I just liked the security of hedging my bet in case something happened. Please, please give me a solution that A. makes it so I don't get bogus data B. optionally, so that I can see that data online... Right now I have B but I'd give it up if I had A!
