Thanks for all the great feedback regarding recurring projects and sub
tasks. We have included the request to have recurring sub tasks as a
potential future enhancement. Also, we would like to help clarify the
behavior you are seeing with repeating projects. The Todo Projects are
designed so that when you configure them to be repeating, all sub tasks
should also be created in the new instance of the project. However, there is
an issue in Todo 2.0 where some of the sub tasks are not created when the
project is repeated. This issue only seems to affect sub tasks created using
the traditional "+" add option. Sub tasks created using the quick add or the
"Actions..." > "Move into Project" repeat as expected with their parent
project. The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are
looking into getting this issue addressed.
