Thanks to all of you who have contributed to this thread. We are looking into this issue and hope to have a solution. However, it would make it easier for us if someone could provide step-by-step instructions on how to see this bug. Unfortunately, until we are able to reproduce it, it is near impossible for us to have a solution.
