I am beginning to wonder if the problem has something to do with the age of the token. When a new token is received, ToDo syncs normally for a while after that (say, 20-30 minutes). After that, it appears that I cannot get a sync to occur until the token times out, causing a new one to be acquired. At least, that's my current theory. Interestingly, I don't have this problem with Notebook.
