I'd like to re-iterate what Patrick said. Personally, I don't see this as a freebie. Maybe if it's just to backup the Todo database/file/ whatever to your PC/Mac with no sync. But if there's sync to a Desktop that let's you edit etc., that's worth $20 to me.
