I completely agree, their lack of communication is ridiculous. I know
they can't give a specific release date for ToDo because Apple has
inconsistent approval timetables, but SOME information on where it is
in the process is the least they could do. How about, "Getting ready
to submit for approval in a few days"? That's non-committal and it's
also pretty informational. Or how about, "in review". This would all
be helpful and, as a businessman myself, I have no idea why they
aren't doing this considering they're not going to charge existing
users for the upgrade. It's not like it would detract sales from
their current product because anyone who buys their current product
gets the free upgrade! All it's doing is making people thinking about
buying their product more hesitant. Can we expect this lack of
communicatio in the future? I'm not sure I'd want to buy software
from a company who acts like this.

You want to know why I buyed an app like "Documents To Go"? Because
they said they're going to push out new features for free, told me
what those features would be, and when they thought it would hit the
store. It's reassuring and it's just smart business. Enough with this
"we appreciate you contacting appigo", we've had enough. Just answer
a question or don't.
