I really don't intend to sound rude or pretentious in the following
but I think you're being overly dramatic about this all. In many past
situations large amounts of people have been disappointed by promised
release dates never coming to fruition and there's nothing the
developer can say other than "I'm sorry". It's a terrible situation
that I'm sure Appigo doesn't want to back themselves into.

Do you know how many apps have Push notification at the moment? I can
count them on two hands (at least the ones I know of). From what I've
read it's not a simple task and you have to set up a dedicated server
with Apple in order for it to work. They won't accept the app unless
it's 100% error-free in testing Push.

I can completely understand frustration with the lack of an RTM fix -
I think it should have been taken care of instead of waiting for a new
version with Push but I don't know all the facts as to why they
withheld it instead of a hotfix.

Developers always try to prevent promising any sort of a release date
because things always come up and it almost always gets pushed back.
Appigo has no idea what errors might happen or could happen and they
plan on not having to fix another sync issue so this update is in the
oven until it's ready.

The reason that "getting ready to submit" or "it's getting close"
hasn't been announced or even talked about is because it's not. It's
in beta - which IS close to release (for developmers). What comes
after beta? Submission to the App Store. Take from that what you
will.

PS - If you want bad communication from a company go look at Cultured
Code. They removed the link to the Forums on their website because so
many people were unhappy with their lack of comment. Trust me, Appigo
is much better in communication than other companies on the App Store.
