I wanted to attach to this discussion my solution for pseudeo-backing up one-way (like data-dump) just to have the tasks outside the iphone. (In my opinion syncing is not always 100% safe.) I just step thru the ALL List and all including entries of checklist and projects and make - page for page - screenshots which I then synchronize over itunes into iphoto. I have about 150 entries and this procedure takes about 2 minutes. thats ok for me. just for the emergency case that iphone data becomes corrupted or whatever.
