If I can add my $0.02, I also use toodledo as a backup and not as a syncing service. For managing my tasks, I use what works best for me: Todo. Toodledo is just a repository for me and just like you I find the interface very disturbing, not counting the subtasks that are not really handled. I also use toodledo to sync todos with my wife. We both synchronize to the same Toodledo account, given that we have different lists for personal and professional tasks and we have different rules for our Focus list. This way, I can look at my todos in my Focus list, and I can also go to her lists to look at her todos (or even add/modify one). We also have common stuff such as shopping lists, etc...
This works really well. But in no way will I ever touch my todos from the toodledo interface. Regards 2009/8/5 Lon <[email protected]> > > Hi, > Thanks for this information.
