I receive a response to the email I sent to support on this issue. Their response is that if you sort by due date and manually re-arrange on your screen, the app will change the due date. This is completely unacceptable. THE PROGRAM SHOULD NEVER CHANGE THE DUE DATE THE USER ENTERED. This could be disastrous! Imagine that you have an overdue task and you want to leave it overdue and on your list so you can get to it. Then you decide to move your recurring "Buy Annniversary Gift" task above the overdue task to make sure you get it done today. The program changes the date of the recurring task! This has happened to me.
I was a loyal user of Appigo Todo and recommended it to my friends. I will now delete this expensive app, for which there is no refund, and use another one. If manual sorting is important to you, I suggest you look at 2Do on the App Store. It has a lite version for testing.
