While I still think this should make it in as a feature request, for the time being on tasks that take more than 1 day I guess I will be using the "due time" as the kick-off with something in the notes section for when it is actually due. But I do agree this is a major oversight since the MAJOR reason I chose ToDo over other apps is its elegant implementation of Projects with sub-tasks. Many of my projects have tasks that can take weeks to complete, as I'm sure other people have the same.
