Appigo suggests two different ways to clone tasks. (1) set a repeat
interval, and then mark it completed; email it to yourself and then import
it:

When I first read this, I thought "what a hack!" But one of the things that
makes Todo so usable is Appigo's dogged determination not to clutter up the
interface. I don't mind jumping through a couple of hoops to accomplish
infrequent activities if it helps keep the everyday activities intuitive and
quick.

I usually use the email approach, since there is some awkwardness with the
repeat/complete trick, especially with checklists and projects. You'll see
what I mean when you try it.

P.S. I have a "RecurringChecklists" list with things tasks like "camping
trip packing", "ski vacation packing", etc. I never modify those lists
directly. When I want to use one, I email it to myself, import it into my
Inbox, and then modify that copy.
