Annette,
I once owned a two family apartment building and one of the tenants
brought the little rascals in with them. It was a mess. . . you could
see 'em running across the floor in broad daylight. Here's what I
did: I bought the in home bombs and set them off (with a few extras
just for good measure). . . then repeated two weeks later (to kill the
newly hatched critters). Just for good luck, I set off the bombs
again a week later. It did the trick -- clean a s a whistle. No
need to tear out the walls or carpet. Just bomb the suckers (two or
three times). But!, if you've got a barn close by, the odds are that
the critters are in there too. I suggest buying something called
"Roach Bait" & put a small amount of this stuff in a few out-of-way
areas around the cabin -- that will kill any that might migrate back
into the cabin. Good luck!

HI Apple croppers,
I have a problem. I had an elderly gentleman living in one of my
wood cabins for free and he had cockroaches in the cabin. I do not
want to move the next person in until the cockroaches are gone. I am
in Michigan and can freeze the cabin, I am going to tear out the
walls and carpet, but then how do I kill the cockroaches that are
there? Also will the appliances still have live cockroaches in them
if I move them to a barn that is not heated? There is no one living
there now so I can also use any chemicals I want for now. Help please.
