The RamWorks card always goes in the aux. slot--should be marked "aux connector"--which is the slot closest to both the front of the machine and right next to the power supply. The SSC can go into any slot--traditionally, if you're going to use the card with a printer, it would go it slot 1. If you're going to be using it with a modem, put it in slot 2.
