If the 800K floppy has an eject button on it, you're in luck. That
would be the Apple 3.5 Drive, which was originally sold as an option for
the IIgs, as well as the Mac Plus. Also useable with the Laser UDC card
in a IIe or other expandable II. With respect to .DSK images, you'll
need the ADT program, as well as a copy of Shrink-It!. That's how I did
a lot of file transfers for my current //e and the IIgs that I had for a
while in '01 and early last year. You might also want to consider
getting a copy of ProType and a copy of ZTerm for the Mac you'll be
doing the file transfers with.

Where can I download a copy of ADT and Shrink-It?

I now have copies of ProType and ZTerm.

Keeping in mind that I have just a IIgs, some older Macs, a 3.5" 800K drive and some of the old 5.25" drives, how would I go about transferring the files? I do not yet have any bootable floppies for this IIgs.

Where can I also get a hard drive and etc for it? I suppose I will look at eBay next including the auction names from a recent list reply.

Thanks a lot,

Matt
