It's late, so pardon my brief reply, please.

some nice payback for all the work!

===It's a MECC program. On the main menu screen, hold down the CONTROL key
and press the "A" key. That'll get you into teacher options so you can custom
modify the program for you students. BTW, that works with 95% of MECC
programs.

I hope to find some more goodies in the pile.

But I know that my hardware won't last forever, so I want to save as many

programs as I can and someday move on to emulation on my several Macs.

The Mac does not see the disks that are

in the 5" drive, either. I can't find instructions in the //e card guide on

this task, unless I overlooked them.

====Most of the early MECC programs were written in a form of DOS and have
MECC's own special form of copy protection. Neither ProDOS nor the MAC will
recognize the files on the DOS disks.

So, folks, how can I get these programs saved?
====Oh, there are ways.

And once saved on to HD in

ProDOS partition, how to move to Mac in a format a) for archiving and b)

that an emulator will like?

Yeah, I want to know that, too.

And, finally, I know that I need to acquire and save the ROM from my //e and

GS in order to use emulation software. However, I can't find the steps to do

that. Any suggestions?

====Sure, Sheppyware.  Sheppy, speak up!

Many thanks!
