Yep, he mails the docs with the Power Supply for those do-it-yourselfers.  
I'll dig up a copy and mail it to you, if you like.  I bought a few from him and 
he always documented things well.  He even sent along wire samples so you 
could match them up at the hardware store.
Last I heard, Steve was fitting them in empty IIGS housing units as Stealth 
Bugg Power Supplies.
