Oh... "even the webmaster seems bewildered" .... you allready tried
reaching Alex Lee. Have you tried calling your ISP's tech support
line? Anyway.... if you do try another browser I'd suggest Firefox as
it is a very nice one. <http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/>

You might want to try reaching Alex Lee about this problem; he runs
the website in question and can be reached at
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>. If your message does not appear to go
through I would be happy to e-mail him for you.

Also, according to Dan, any other LEM list that was suffering from
the same
problem should now be working.
Anyway....
You can get tons and tons of software from this place:
<http://www.whatisthe2gs.apple2.org.za/>
This place has tons of Applications, Games, Educational Programs, and
Operating Systems. All with Screen shots and often reviews of them as
well as a breif description of what they do.
Is anybody else *NOT* able to access this website? From the posts
here, it
sounds like most of you folks have no trouble. Since the Fairway was
moved
to this new address, I am not able to view the @[EMAIL PROTECTED] page! I have
tried
darn near everything, and even the webmaster seems bewildered. I am
using
Internet Explorer 6 for Winblows XP over a Verizon DSL connection. I
have
been using Verizon DSL for about a year now, and I have had
absolutely no
trouble accessing *any other* site in that time period. I have not
tried a
different browser, but IE is common enough that I would think it should
work. All my Internet settings *are* correct.
IE seems to find the site, but then stalls when attempting a
connection and
after 30-60 seconds displays a "Cannot find server/This page cannot be
displayed" error.
help?
