i'd suggest a web search. there are likely a number of open-source and other 
languages for these
machines, as well as different versions of the languages you do have.  i love 
programing as well. 
on tip, stay far, far away from cobol, unless you really like silliness and 
foolishness in what is
normally a logical type of language.  i learned just enough cobol and enough 
about it to know what a
true waste of time it was, even when it was new!  i'd suspect you can find a 
c++ version out there
somewhere as well as other basic versions.
