I can add PILOT, a simple very-high-level language developed for Apple to
allow teachers to easily prepare interactive lessons and tests for their
students. It had about one dozen keywords or so (not more), was very
focused on screen output (it managed bitmaps very easily) and parsing the
user's input, and I think was the simplest approach for that result. It was
a brilliant idea that, I think, never caught off.

I could also add a compiler for an intermediate-level language called "D"
written by me. It may be the only compiler written enterely in interpreted
BASIC ;-) . But maybe it doesn't count, because it never left my computers,
nor was it used by a programmer other than me.
