Both are correct. :) Each had its own peculiarities though. The RamFast
was subject to having to use its own tools to mount/unmount partitions,
lock/unlock etc. No biggie there for most people.
The biggest "problem" with the HS card was a "ghosting" of the drive
when ejecting the disk. Some had a problem with dialogue box navigation
too. YMMV.
The solution on the HS card was to use SCSI drivers from Tullin
Technologies. They were available a few years back directly from the
copyright owner. I have no idea of their availability now.
I don't think these quirks showed up on a IIe.
As others have mentions you will need to have term power supplied
somehow as the Zip 100 does not do so. I don't know if other Zip/Jazz
models do.
AFAIK There are no Apple II specific tools available to control Drive
Spin , Sleep etc like n a Mac or PC.
