Well, my HISTORICAL recollection about this card (like I said, I never actually OWNED one) was that you could use it to make it possible for your Apple II to work like a II Plus. There were those who bought II Pluses when they were new but who needed / wanted to run older Integer BASIC software (which was plentiful at that time) who could use the card with the Integer BASIC ROM to run them. You could also use the card to hack software that took advantage of the Autostart ROM in the II Plus; just switch to the Integer BASIC position, and then a RESET would drop you into the monitor, instead of rebooting.
