I'm one of those who hasn't owned such a card, but I'm almost sure it's a card
designed for the II/II+'s slot 0, a slot, AFAIK, with special signals not
available on other slots. So I think the card wouldn't work in other slots. In
the IIe, the slot 0 was removed in favor of the aux slot, so I think there
wouldn't be possible to use that card in anything but a II or II+. And there
wouldn't make much sense (except for debugging purposes), because the 64 Kb of
RAM in the IIe and later computers allow you to load and run Integer BASIC
from the top 16 Kb of RAM.
